彼はFleetwood Mac やRadioheadなど、ミックスするには意外とも言えるアーティストの曲を、ベースとなるエレクトロ、ロック、ディスコ・ミュージックへランダムに加え、究極のミックス・スタイルでリスナー達の耳を養っている。
Yelle、Ratatat、Radiohead、M.I.A.など多くのアーティストの曲の編集とマッシュ・アップを制作し、そのマッシュ・アップは世界中のミュージック・ブログでいつもアップされ、加えて非常に背の高いグラフィック・デザイナーとしても知られている。
そして彼はChromeo, the teenagers, Digitalismなど書き切れないほどのアーティストがプレイし、L.Aで最も名の知れているラウンジ、Cinespace ではスティーブ青木プロデュースのDim Mak Tuesdaysで仲間のDJと共にレジデントDJとして活動している。
Los Angeles-based Jason Stewart-a.k.a. Them Jeans-provides a rocking mix of electro, rock, and disco tunes, along with a little Fleetwood Mac and Radiohead. Stewart is widely known for the numerous edits (ie. yelle, ratatat, radiohead, m.i.a. and more) and mash-ups he’s sent to every corner of the blogosphere, his work as a graphic designer, and his remarkable height. He is also a resident at the ever famous Dim Mak Tuesdays at Cinespace at LA w/fellow DJ and Host Steve Aoki, which has seen the likes of chromeo, the teenagers, digitalism , well too many to list really.
